WELLBEING: The Challenges We Face

This video is an introduction to this series of vlogs. You may find that life is hard to deal with at times and, rather than preach to you, I'm going to give you the benefit of my experience, skills and knowledge I have learned over the years.
I am a qualified/certified psychotherapist with a Masters in psychotherapy, but that doesn't stop me from feeling the same things that anyone else does. All the knowledge I have gathered over the years, doesn't stop me from experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, loss, trauma and emotional (and physical) pain.
Through this series of vlogs I'm going to give you insights into what your emotions are, the reason for them and how you can cope when bad things happen to you.
